Removing illegal content is a shared responsibility. To that end, we work with international governments and  law enforcement in helping to prevent the targeting of children through the internet, and train AI to detect new child exploitation material.

Who you are

We are looking for someone who’s a strategic thinker, a strong collaborator and an excellent relationship builder to join our team. A people person in the truest sense, you’re a skilled negotiator who’s strength is finding a solution that all stakeholders are happy with. You’re an assertive communicator who doesn’t hesitate to pick up the phone, ask a question, or voice their opinion.

You want to use your knowledge, expertise and lessons learned to build out and elevate our account management processes and capabilities. 

How you will make an impact every day:

  • Customer success. You will manage 50+ customer accounts ensuring value and satisfaction for our clients. You will update out of date contracts, pricing structures, and legal agreements. You will make sure platform reliability, security, and testing is up to our current standards. 
  • Revenue generation. You will introduce new solutions to your customers and will leverage your relationships with key account holders to upsell new platform features. 
  • Collaborate. You will work closely with teams in finance, customer success, sales, and legal to get up to speed on the state of your accounts. You will learn how our solution works, the niche it fills, and the value it drives for our customers. 

What you bring

  • The experience. You have 3+ years of experience exceeding revenue targets and successfully managing clients. You are customer-obsessed and are dedicated to finding solutions that benefit both your customers and the business. 
  • Impeccable communication skills. Your written and verbal communication skills are outstanding. You confidently create and deliver engaging presentations. You don’t shy away from difficult conversations such as price increases and have the emotional intelligence needed to navigate tough situations with poise and professionalism. 
  • Relationship building expertise. You have the natural ability to put clients at ease and gain their trust quickly. You listen attentively to customer needs and provide them with the resources and support they require. You value everyone you work with, build long-lasting business relationships and easily collaborate with team members to ensure customer needs are met.
